Just a follow up from our meeting:

 

AMR

-   Look over all AMR drawings to date and give them the OK so they can begin producing specification.

-   Chase hot/cold water drawing and how they are getting on with water and gas to site.

 

Bob Murray

-   Chase Bob for ground floor construction and any other outstanding details.

 

Nimmo

-   Aaron to accept Nimmo’s quote for updated preliminary steel frame drawings.

 

GC Baxter

-   Aaron to accept GC Baxter quote (note six week lead time). I will do this early next week as I am expecting StirlingMaynard’s details today which I can also send to GC Baxter at the same time once reviewed.

-   Andy to being thinking and producing a list of services to exclude from tender ready for when this is required.

 

James Covell

-   I have provided a drawing to James for him to overmark and provide additional info to StirlingMaynard.

 

SBEM Energy Assessment

-   Sent to Navitas on 22/05/2023.

 

Hopefully that should quickly list the points discussed and catch things up.
