Dear all
From the outset nothing has been straight forward on this site. I feel I should outline the current situation in order that we can decide on the best course of action to hopefully suit all parties.
Currently this 5 acre site is owned by George Goddard Limited with agreement subject to contract to sell one acre to Priors of West Lynn for a new butchery store. The remaining 4 acres are being offered on an option agreement for housing.
Thank you Josh for the AW attachment, it would appear to make sense to have the opportunity to use the existing supply at some future date rather than having to later apply for a new supply.
I realise the piping on the land at that time will need to be replaced.
I have copied in all parties you Josh at Anglian Water Customer Solutions, Priors, Ian Bix their architect, and Shaun Baker their Ecologists. (Shaun from my telephone discussion with you this afternoon it would appear there is considerable bureaucracy to address)
I have therefore copied in our professionals Clive Wickes architect and Bryan Gillory
of Hansells who will be dealing with our legals. I will pending their advice respond over the GCN and water matters raised.
Best wishes
David

Subject: FW: Impacts to breeding great crested newt pond
Importance: High
Dear Sir/Madam
I have not received any reply to my previous email sent to you on the 9th February 2023 (please see below).
As part of my due diligence I am required to report to the police any actions that my constitute an offence under UK wildlife legislation.
I will therefore be passing this matter onto the police for them to determine any appropriate investigations etc.
I have copied in the landowner Mr Goddard, and made him aware of situation.
Kind regards
Shaun

Subject: Impacts to breeding great crested newt pond
Importance: High
Dear Sir/Madam
I have been commissioned to assist my client in registering his proposed development site on Natural England’s great crested newt District Level Licence (DLL).
It appears that actions undertaken by Anglia Water may have resulted in the drying up of a pond known to support breeding great crested newts.
I draw you attention to the attached email i.e. correspondence between Anglia Water and the land owner of the said pond Mr Goddard (not my client).
Please could someone contact me in the first instance so I can discuss the matter in more detail.
Kind regards
Shaun
