My colleague Carmen (administrator of Pinada Golf) has sent me your e-mail as I am the person at NBA who prepares the Spanish Wills.
Our fees for 2 wills are 250 Euros (notary fees are not included and should be paid after signing at the notary. They would be around 110 Euros in total). Our fees can be paid either in cash or by credit card here in our offices.
In order to prepare the wills (in Spanish and English), we would need the forms attached to this e-mail fully filled in.
We would also need the following information:
- copies of your passports;
- copies of your NIE numbers;
- current address in your country;
- professions
If you can send us the forms and this information, we can prepare the wills in advance so once you are here in Spain, we only have to meet to go to the notary for their signing (we can drive you there and back to our office).
We could meet, for example, Thursday 12th March at 10.30 a.m. at NBA's but remember than we would need the information within next 10 days. If you cannot send the information by mail, we would have to meet one day in our office to get it and two days later to go to the notary.
