| Summary: | All good. Clean and tidy as before. The tenants have worked really hard in the garden. They have cleared the non productive rockery type area at the top of the steps and turned it into a play area for the children. I have attached a picture to show this. This is all removable and will leave a bark covered area. They have also been working on other areas, clearing overgrowth and creating little areas of interest with ornaments and things. It looks like a fairy grotto! So sweet. They have reseeded areas of the lawn as they have found the dogs medication was causing burning to the grass. |
