Hi Both,
Further to your email below, I have spoken to the bank and they have checked their records and confirm that they do have Caryl’s address on the system as 8 Lynn road inline with the bank mandate and ID sent to them and the letter must have been sent in error.
Could you send me a copy of the letter that I could send onto them? I will give them another call next week to make sure the address is still showing correctly as it is odd that a letter has gone out at all.

Im insure why this has been done? The most recent one says;

However her address should read;
MRS CARYL PRIOR
8 LYNN ROAD
TERRINGTON ST CLEMENT
KINGS LYNN
PE34 4JX
Could you please amend so it reads correct.
